Shraddha Kapoor rents luxury apartment worth Rs 6 lakhs per month in Mumbai, post Stree 2 success

Actress Shraddha Kapoor is riding high on the success of her recently released Bollywood blockbuster Stree 2. Now, the Ungli actress has achieved another milestone. She has taken a luxury apartment on rent in Mumbai’s Juhu area for ₹6 lakh per month, as per Zapkey showed.

Shraddha Kapoor has rented an apartment in Mumbai’s Juhu area for Rs 6 lakh per month. The area of the space place is 3928.86 sq ft apartment for a year. Shraddha has paid advance rent of ₹72 lakh for the entire year, the documents showed.

According to the leave and license form filed on October 16, the flat has four parking spaces. As per records, a ₹1000 registration fee and ₹36,000 stamp duty have been paid for the sale.

On the personal front, Shraddha is Shakti Kapoor and Shivangi Kolhapure’s daughter. She made her debut with Teen Patti. She is known for her best work in films such as Luv Ka The End, ABCD 2, Aashiqui 2, Bhediya, Ok Jaanu and more.

On the work front, Shraddha was last seen in Stree 2 alongside Rajkummar Rao. The comedy horror film was directed by Amar Kaushik, written by Niren Bhatt and produced jointly by Maddock Films and Jio Studios. She is reportedly set to be a part of Hrithik Roshan in War 2.
